  Interference between tire rack and tank.jpg - The spare tire rack is brushing the fuel tank surface. The holes for the tank straps can't be lowered, and the tank 'slumps' to this position which pushes the front out towards the bolts. I need to either lower the tank by getting thinner rubber pads, or I need to find a way to keep the tank rigidly in place while I tighten the straps.
