  Slipping the carriage bolts and nuts in first.jpg - The loose nuts are shown here. I used an open end 11/32 wrench to tighten the fastners. The one in the corner next to the vertical mount bar required a needle nose pliers to grip it since there wasn't clearance for even the open wrench.
