| 13 | Outer steering tube bracket attach. The inner and outer columns had to be stripped, the paint was too thick to blast, the media just bounced off. The lower felt bearing goes in the tube and is covered with the small plate which is held on by the three small screw and nut sets. The leather excluder, clamp and bracket can be seen here as well. | |
