$Tracing new boards. The wood is a 2'x4' x 1/2" thick marine grade exterior ply with sanded top surface. It was only $5 so if I don't like the flatness, I can just do it over. The original boards were closer to 3/8", but they also fractured some plies.$

delayed by jig saw.jpg - The jig saw quit. Inspection revealed a shot brush. They are $2.68 each, but cost $8.00 to ship! I think it will be quicker and easier to simply replace the entire saw, ironic when you think about how hard I'm working to repair the TD.
