  Tracing new bases.jpg - Tracing new boards. The wood is a 2'x4' x 1/2" thick marine grade exterior ply with sanded top surface. It was only $5 so if I don't like the flatness, I can just do it over. The original boards were closer to 3/8", but they also fractured some plies.
