  NAPA EL-13 flasher solved problem.jpg - Bob Jeffers was kind enough to confirm my diagnosis of the 550 type thermal mechanical flasher cans. He said the non-alternating style (i.e. the buzzer is off unless it is flashing) is the Wagner 564, but it is no longer available. I didn't want to alter the wiring so I bought this at NAPA, the EL-13 on the chance it would be non-alternating.
