NAPA EL-13 flasher solved problem
  EL-13 Flasher close-up.jpg - It's translucent. Handy, because when I drilled the holes in the terminals, I upset the P terminal clearance for its contact inside. I was able to observe the proper opperation and epoxy the top to anchor the terminal and hence the contact.
