  Balancing revealed different values from hub centric 02.jpg - When tested on the hub-centric adapter, the tire balanced perfectly. With the lug-centric adapter used, it as enough off that it was noticible on the car.  
One tire was rotated 180 on its wheel 02
The front tires were spun on the car at 120 mph and is done by feel
A jug of water will go into resonance if the balance is off
